No unfortunately we don’t do 1-month subscriptions. The shortest rental subscription is 3 months.
We’re sorry to hear you are thinking of cancelling. Unfortunately our membership contracts are valid for the duration you signed up for and any early cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
No, you can only place one order per month. You will receive four credits each month which must be spent in one order. Unused credits won’t roll over to the next month.
If you’re going away or want to take a break there is no need to contact us to freeze your account. You will continue to receive your credits each month but they will not expire. Please note you will still only be able to use four credits at one time.
You pay for your subscription upfront; monthly payments are not an option. Your subscription will end after the final month, it does not automatically renew.
Yes you can change your delivery address in your Account. If you need to do this please ensure that your address is changed before you order your games.
You can sign up for a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription. You will receive four credits each month. These credits allow you to rent between 1 and 4 games, depending on your game selection. Find out more about credits here.
You can keep the games for up to a month before you need to return them to us. A free returns label is included in your box and you can use the delivery box to return your games.
At the end of your subscription period, when you return your final games, your membership will automatically end. Your subscription does not auto-renew.
You will still need to enter your card details but you will not be charged at any point. Our system requires a valid card to process your subscription and monthly credits. Your membership will end automatically after the subscription period finishes.
